To scan a QR code, open the QrPlus app and tap on the Scanner tab at the bottom. Point your camera at the QR code displayed at participating stores. The app will automatically detect and process the QR code, and you'll instantly earn points and coupons!

You earn points and coupons by scanning QR codes at participating stores. Each successful scan rewards you with points and coupons that you can use to enter lucky draws or redeem for exclusive offers. You can also earn rewards by referring friends to join QrPlus!

To participate in a lucky draw, go to the Lucky Draws section in the app. Browse available draws and check how many coupons are required to enter. If you have enough coupons, tap "Enter Draw" to participate. Winners are announced in real-time!

QrPlus uses your location to find participating stores within a 15km radius. Make sure location permissions are enabled for the app. You can browse nearby stores from the Home screen or use the "Find Nearby Stores" feature to discover new places with great deals.

Go to the Wallet tab in the app to view your points balance. Tap on "Redeem Points" to see available offers and rewards. Select the reward you want and follow the instructions to redeem. Some rewards may require a minimum number of points.

Share your unique referral code with friends and family. When they sign up using your code, both you and your friend can earn rewards! You can find your referral code in your Profile section. Share it via social media, messaging apps, or copy it to share manually.

Make sure you have granted camera permissions to QrPlus. Also ensure your profile is complete, as incomplete profiles may prevent scanning. If the QR code is not recognized, it may be invalid, expired, or already used. Try scanning in good lighting conditions.

Go to the Profile tab and tap "Edit Profile". You can update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture. Make sure to complete your profile to unlock all features of the app, including QR code scanning.

Your scan history is available in the Wallet section. Tap on "Scan History" to view all your previous QR code scans, including the date, time, and rewards earned from each scan.

Yes! QrPlus is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden fees or subscription costs. You can earn rewards, participate in lucky draws, and enjoy all features at no charge.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. Click the link in the email to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see the email, you can request a new verification email from the Email Verification screen in the app. Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration.
