1. Service Overview

QrPlus connects consumers with participating QrBiz businesses to discover promotions, earn coupons, and collect reward points. We operate the consumer experience and facilitate referrals; merchants remain responsible for their own offers, inventory, and fulfilment.

By creating an account, you agree that these Terms govern your access to and use of the app and related services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for safeguarding your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt fraudulent scans, manipulate referral programmes, or otherwise misuse the service.

3. Rewards, Coupons & Referrals

Coupons and points have no cash value. We may adjust, suspend, or conclude reward campaigns at any time to maintain system integrity or comply with legal obligations.

Referral bonuses are credited only when stated eligibility criteria are met and remain subject to verification. Duplicate or self-referrals are prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree not to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or abuse QR codes, mobile APIs, or security features. Misleading conduct, including falsifying customer data or scanning codes without permission, is strictly prohibited.

We expect app usage in line with Malaysian consumer protection laws, the Electronic Commerce Act 2006, PDPA 2010, and the CPETTR 2024 marketplace requirements.

5. Business Interactions & Third Parties

Participating merchants control their promotions, product descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment. QrPlus is not liable for inaccurate listings, stock issues, or disputes between you and a merchant, though we may assist with escalation where possible.

External links or deep links may lead to third-party services governed by their own policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the app on an "as is" basis without warranties of availability, accuracy, or suitability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, QrPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes should first be raised with our support team at support@qrplus.com for resolution.
